Welcome and thank you for visiting the home of St Ives Junior AFL Club website. St Ives Junior AFL Club is the only AFL Club in the Ku-ring-gai Council.

To enquire or register for the 2010 season, please download the Registration Form (PDF, 65 kb) on this website – all of the instructions are on the form.
The Under 15/16s are also having a "kick Around Day" (PDF, 135 kb) on Sunday, February 14. This is great opportunity to greet and meet the coaches and the players.

Fun – Fitness – Friendship for 2010
The Club is now gearing up for a bumper 2010 season to build upon the success of 2009 (Best Team North Shore, Best Club North Shore and Best Junior Code Promotion and Sydney Harbour Competition as well as an U16s Div 1 Premiership.) As a result, there is plenty of action to get us underway for 2010.
FREE Come & Try AFL Twilight Clinics
We will be running our “Come and Try AFL” Clinics in February at Acron Oval in St Ives. These clinics run across 3 age group categories:

Coaches from the various age groups will be on hand to run these twilight clinics as a way to introduce players to Australian Rules. They combine a series of skill drills and other activities to make for a fun introduction to the Australian game of footy. Please refer to the respective contacts above for more information.
2010 Registration Days
Representatives from the Club (Board members and coaches) will be available to answer questions and take registrations as follows:

Whilst the 6th and 7th Feb are the main registration days, the club continues recruiting throughout the season. Please contact Paul Towers on recruitment@stivesafl.com for more details.
2010 Registration Fees
The fees for 2010 are set out below and include the Club jumper, trophies and a team photo. New players receive an Auskick or Club bag. For more information, please refer to the Membership Page:

With the registration fee, there are 2 discounts available:
- An Early Bird Discount for Returning Players: existing Auskickers and players who are re-registered and pay before the 14 February are eligible for a $20 discount per player.
- A Sibling Discount for Players/Families (Non-early bird): families with 2 or more players registering are eligible for a $30 discount for each sibling after the first child.
Swans Visit to St Ives
A number of the Sydney Swans players will be visiting St Ives for kick to kick and to meet members.

About Us
Founded in 1968, St Ives Junior AFL Club is steeped in history and tradition, and is one of the most respected clubs in the Sydney competition.
We promote and teach the code of Australian Rules Football in our community. Through participation in our exciting team sport, we contribute to the physical, social and personal development of all our members. Originally known as the "The Panthers", the club changed to "The Saints" in 1971.
The holder of over 30 premierships and numerous other club awards, St Ives Junior AFL Club is looking forward to another successful and enjoyable season in 2009 in the AFL Greater Sydney Juniors competition. St Ives Junior AFL Club prides itself on being a very social club, making sure the parent group has ample opportunity to enjoy themselves at our annual events.
